This is a lovely Omani ring from the 1940s or 50s. It was worn on the index finger and is known as a "Shahid" or witness ring. Omani women commonly wore a ring on each of her ten fingers.  One style for each ring.

This ring, made from silver has hand incised circular and line patterns and the ring is arrow shaped.  It is in good vintage condition and tests as good grade silver.  

The face measures 2.5 x 1.2 cm (1  x 1/2"). It weighs 9.2 grams. The ring measures 9 on my mandrel at its middle.
